William J. Yacullo is Partner of Trinity Executive Partnership and President and shareholder of Lauer, Sbarbaro Associates, Inc., the Chicago office of EMA Partners International.  He recently completed a two-year term as Global Chairman of EMA Partners International.

Prior to joining Lauer, Sbarbaro in 1980, he was District Manager for Illinois Bell Telephone Company and served in a variety of assignments including human resources, operations, marketing, product management and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Yacullo has managed and personally conducted search assignments in most sectors, including the academic/not-for-profit sector.

Mr. Yacullo obtained a BS in Commerce from DePaul University.  While there, he received the Delta Sigma Pi Achievement Award as the outstanding senior in the graduating class of the College of Commerce.  He obtained an MBA from Northwestern University.  He has remained active in DePaul University alumni and fund raising activities, and he has served as President of the School’s Commerce Alumni Association and two terms as Chairman of the DePaul University Business Forum.

Mr. Yacullo has won awards for his work in professional, sports and charitable activities.  He is a regular speaker and panel moderator at various Chicago area professional seminars, addressing a variety of human resource and recruiting issues, and has lectured at several area universities.  He also has served as a volunteer High School Basketball Coach for over 20 years.

Mr. Yacullo has also served as Chairman of the Board of Villa Scalabrini Home for the Aged, a large skilled care nursing home; a founding member and past Chairman of the Business Executives for Economic Justice, a proactive group of business leaders in the Chicago area; past President of the First Friday Club of Chicago; and current member of the Board of Advisors for Catholic Charities of Chicago.  He is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph College Seminary (serves on the finance committee), a Board member for the Stephen Sexton Foundation and the Career Transition Center, and was the President of Pathways to Hope (an organization formed by several religious orders of men to provide a pastoral service to victims of sexual misconduct).  He is a former member of the Board of Directors of St. Francis Hospital (part of Presence Health Care).
