Joe O’Quinn serves as the Director of Development. He has been with the organization since 2011. This current position includes being heavily involved in all phases of advancement, donor relations, and special projects and events. He also works closely with the Executive Director to craft comprehensive advancement strategies and execute special initiatives through all areas of the organization. Prior to joining the staff of the Edmundite Missions, Joe received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Political Science – Public Administration from Troy University through the flagship campus in Troy, Alabama in 2008. After that he joined the staff of the Alabama Democratic Party and then the Corporation for National and Community Service in the Denver, Colorado office, where he was awarded the coveted Jules Hampton Leadership Award in 2011. Through his work with CNCS, he worked with over a dozen non-profits across the Southwest and earned a reputation for problem solving and a commitment to “mission above all”. Joe lives in Selma, Alabama with his wife, Heidi, and their loveable bird dog, Pepper.
